Change Management Coordinator
Job Description:
The Change Management Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance on PepsiCo main initiatives and programs. The Change Management Coordinator will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes on Global Projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
Consult and coach project teams
Support communication efforts
Support training efforts
Support and engage senior leaders and top management
Key Skills:
· Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Education/certification and Language:
· BS on Marketing, Communication, Administration, Psychology, Engineering or similar,
· Fluent in English, oral and written.
