Vehicle engineering position with growth potential for a highly motivated individual. A career opportunity on the vehicle integration team that is responsible to meet critical requirements and deliver best-in-class vehicles to customers. Position includes identifying issue early with digital and/or physical tests, and leading cross function teams to resolve cross system issues.

Requisitos:

Ford is looking for Engineers with 5 to 15 years of experience in water management (water wading, water run-off from roof, high pressure carwash)
-Conduct CAD checks to ensure early design meet the Water Management requirements
-Conduct vehicle level tests to sign off vehicle programs during vehicle prototype phase.
-Lead cross functional team to resolve issues identified during CAD checks or physical tests
-Present attribute status at vehicle program milestones
-Serves as voice of customers, and coordinate customer’s expectation to vehicle technical parameters
-Document lesson learned, improve process and revise requirements as needed

able to travel 70% to US
