HRBP & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are currently looking for a candidate capable of fully understanding and being passion about the organization´s strategy, in order to translate the business goals in HR best practices to develop measure, promote, attract, retain & grow talent within the organization. At the same time, you will be in charge of supporting line managers in planning their talent pipeline, development opportunities and ensure that their employees are able to meet current and future performance standards, provide expert advice and anticipate to their needs. This expert knowledge will provide you with great opportunities to promote yourself in the future within one of the most important companies in the consumer goods sector


REQUIREMENTS:

·        Age: 30 to 40 years old

·        Schooling: Business Administration, Human Resources, Phycology, Industrial Engineering

·        Gender: Indistinct


EXPERIENCE:

·        5-7 years of experience in HR positions from analyst to Sr. generalist in global companies.

·        2-3 years of experience as HR Manager.


MAIN ACTIVITIES:

·        Partner with managers guidance on OD & Talent Management; Employee life cycle (new hires/exiting employees); Compensation; Benefits Administration; and HR General practices.

·        Collaborate with Senior Management in designing key HR initiatives on OD & Talent Management.

·        Recruitment & Selection strategy & Talent Acquisition.

·        Manage and implement employee development programs.

·        Provide expert advice and coaching to employees (i.e., employee conflict, disciplinary discussions etc).

·        Identify & propose new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.

·        Establish partnerships with external vendor for HR related products/services.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

·        Recruitment & Selection strategy & talent Acquisition.

·        Enhance vendor relationships.

·        Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

·        Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.

·        Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate.

·        Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.

·        Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.

·        Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.

·        Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization.

·        Collaborate in designing key HR initiatives on OD & Talent Management such as such as Career Model Framework, Career Discussion, Competency Model, and Succession Planning.

·        Provide Managers guidance on OD & Talent Management; exit Management, Compensation and benefits administration among other HR general practices.

SALARY:

Range from $60,000 to $80,000
