Position: Monitoring & Diagnostic Sales Manager

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales related activities within their respective territory
  • Identify all potential accounts and opportunities within geographic area of responsibility
  • Work with customer/prospects to determine their CTQs and apply appropriate product/service solutions based on value.
  • Obtain orders and sales to drive profitable growth through sales strategy execution for both existing accounts and prospects.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer/prospect organizations, partners and within GE.
  • Negotiate price to maximize deal margin
  • Contribute to proposal development and pricing strategy
  • Demonstrate software and describe overall solutions
  • Seek speaking opportunities to educate target markets, including industry conferences and tradeshows
  • Proactively influence opportunity product specifications
  • Ensure thorough sales coverage by industry, product and territory

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree in electronic or electrical engineering, control & instrumentation engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English skill is a must.
  • 2 years Sales Management, Product Management or Marketing experience in a related field
  • Strong customer service-oriented and demonstrates consistently high levels of performance.
  • Work efficiently without direct supervision.

Desired Characteristics

  • General Knowledge of Transformers and Monitoring and Diagnostics
  • Previous Experience in the power industry or similar
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a dynamic, energetic and proactive environment within a matrix organization.
